Good Governance

Credibility and accountability have always been the bench mark for Koshish – ADHF and are achieved through the promotion of principles of good governance in the processes and practices. Koshish-ADHF has a audit and evaluation mechanism to ensure impact of investment and complete transparency and accountability in utilisation of funds. This audit mechanism reviews programmes and projects, internal operations, compliance of statutory norms and conducts an external evaluation for the impact and outcome of various development programmes. The entire management processes and practices of Koshish-ADHF are in compliance with the principles of good governance.

NGO member in Corporate anti sexual Harassment Cell-We KOSHISH-Adhf ,are associated with Organizations/Corporates as an Ngo member in their Anti Sexual Harassment Cell.We conduct workshops to make workplace safe,secure and best place to work for women. It develops sense of camaraderie among employes.

• To make participant learn to effectively deal with incidents of Harassment particularly Sexual Harassment
• To Create & Sustain a Fear-free Workplace where employes work with Dignity and Honour.
